ok! Here's a little tutorial to help everybody who wants to draw the "Sonic style" and think he sucks to it.

Drawing 1:

Time to sketch the whole body! To help you a bit, you can draw it like if it was a puppet or something. Don't forget the guidelines and think 3D. It can't be perfect the first time (mine is cleaned), so practice and do it all over again until you get the thing you want.
PS: Whit time, maybe you'll be able to skip this step.

Drawing 2:

Create a new layer and sketch over the drawing 1. You should get something that looks like this. Because on the first drawing you can't really see the guidelines, I've drew them in the second one. They're in blue. Don't forget that you STILL have to think 3D.
PS: If after this step you think your drawing is looking weird, check its anatomy. Maybe an arm is too long or large, maybe a foot or a leg is too big or too small.

Now, when drawing, I'll say it again, think 3D. The mouth, the eyes and the ears aren't flat.
Why guide lines? To help you with the perspective and the proportions. When your character is looking up or down, you can draw the guidelines to help you.
I'll probably update it so I can help you whit the hands a bit more

Now for the most important part.
I changed my style when doign this. It isn't the first time that I try yo "teach" someone how to draw... And the first drawing isn't perfect. Be proud of what you can do, to draw takes practice. For the head I suggest you to help yourself: create a circle whit, well... You shape maker tool.
Also, don't try to "copy" the other people's styles. There's many different ways to draw sonic and this is only one of them. I suggest you to only take this tutorial for mostly the anatomy and create your own style.
